Local PI Compass respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on https://localprivateinvestigators.site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated copyright agent at info@localprivateinvestigators.site.
To be effective, your notification should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL(s) where it appears on our Site.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notification, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the material and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notifications
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a consent to jurisdiction statement. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
